The Family Volunteer Services (FVS) is devoted to full-time social work, and has been active in Nepal since 1995. Our primary mandate is to assist in meeting the educational and health needs of the disables and disadvantaged of Nepal.

FVS works with Youth Vision, which has a program designed for young men with substance abuse problems. More than half these men are HIV positive. FVS conducts group therapy session and personal counseling, as well as donates audio/visual motivational materials

The children of the volunteers are actively involved the various FVS projects. Their band performs benefit programs throughout the year.
